Founder of Ride in Bliss
Pavel didn’t start Ride in Bliss to sit behind a desk and he still refuses to. You’ll most often find him on the road, in a sharp suit, behind the wheel, or laughing with clients and drivers alike. He believes the best way to lead is to stay connected. Not just to the business, but to the people. That’s why he’s always out meeting new clients, mentoring drivers, or stepping in to personally make someone’s ride extra special. He’s passionate about great service, great conversations, and great suits and yes, he’s probably the only founder who makes people laugh before they even get to the airport.

Operations Manager
She’s a key part of the Ride in Bliss team, stepping in wherever she’s needed , from supporting clients and helping with accounting to marketing, prospecting, and nurturing new ideas. She believes business works best when it’s rooted in integrity, teamwork, and care. Outside of work, she’s passionate about holistic health and enjoys living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Tech & Marketing
Vojta is a rare blend of logic and soul. A brilliant tech mind who finds clarity in silence, he’s also a certified meditation coach and brings grounded calm to everything he does. He’s precise, honest, and deeply thoughtful — and while he only DJs a couple of times a year, when he does, it’s all heart and harmony.

Bryan is the kind of person who instantly makes you feel at ease. With nearly 4 years of Jiujitsu and 25 years of Capoeira under his belt, he carries quiet strength, but it’s his kindness, calm energy, and respectful nature that leave a lasting impression.
